PhotoCartoon Professional is the simplest image editor that contains filters for creating a cartoon from your image. I don’t know why the developers are asking for money, but in my opinion, almost every editor has such a set of filters. On top, they added basic options for changing your images, like cropping, resizing, rotating, and so on. PhotoCartoon Professional each filter is customizable, there are sliders on the right, we twist and see the result, that’s how it is! A couple of lines about the interface, as you can see from the screenshot, there is no Russian version, but even this does not prevent users with minimal knowledge of English from quickly understanding what is happening. In fact, you just need to select the original photo and then adjust the effects by switching between them from the menu on the left. PhotoCartoon Professional all filters are easy to adjust using the sliders located to the right of the photo you uploaded.The result can be quickly printed or saved to your hard drive, or you can activate the full version via a key or crack and share your work with friends via social networks.
